Our purpose
After many years of coaching and independent school administration, we saw the role of the modern AD getting bigger by the day. As the job expanded, the support necessary to make athletics programs successful wasn't keeping up. Whether it was having to make big picture institutional change while also ensuring that fields were lined for the afternoon's games or working with parents and scheduling buses in the same hour, modern Athletic Directors are many times faced with a barrage of challenges during their days. As a result, we created Windsor Athletics Consulting to help support modern athletics programs to make sure student outcomes were achieved and ADs could focus on the most important parts of their roles.
